What Percentage Of Applicants Get Accepted?
Around 25–30% Pass The Full Vetting Process. We Keep The Bar High Because Clients Are Paying A Premium — And They Need To Trust Every Consultant We Send Them. If You Don't Make It Through This Time, We'll Tell You Specifically Why And What To Work On Before Reapplying In 6 Months.
Can I Keep My Current Job Or Other Clients While In The Network?
Yes. The IABAC network is built for independent consultants. Many of our consultants have full-time roles or their own direct clients and use IABAC to fill gaps in their schedule or take on interesting side projects. We only ask that you communicate your availability clearly.
What Does IABAC Take As Commission?
We charge clients directly and pay you your agreed hourly or project rate. There are no platform fees, commission deductions, or subscription costs for consultants in the network. You receive 100% of the rate you quote and agree to.
What If I Don't Have An IABAC Certification Yet?
That is completely fine. You can still apply and go through the initial screening stages. If you are accepted, you will have the opportunity to obtain the required IABAC certification as part of your onboarding process before being matched with clients.
How Quickly Will I Get My First Project After Joining?
While some consultants are matched within their first week, others may take a few weeks depending on client demand for your specific expertise. To speed up the matching process, keep your profile up-to-date with your latest project case studies and availability.
Are There Geographic Restrictions On Who Can Apply?
No. We accept applications from consultants worldwide. Since over 90% of our client engagements are remote, you can work from anywhere. We only require that you have a stable internet connection and are able to align with the client's working timezone when needed.
Can I Leave The Network If It Doesn't Work Out?
Yes. There are no long-term exclusivity contracts or lock-in periods. You can choose to leave the network or pause your active matching status at any time by notifying our support team.
What Support Is Available If I Run Into Project Difficulties?
Every project has a dedicated IABAC delivery manager assigned to it. If you face technical hurdles, client communication challenges, or scope creep, you can escalate the issue immediately. We provide mediation, technical advisory support, and peer review to help you deliver successfully.
