Accreditation Terms and Conditions

The International Association of Business Analytics Certification™ (IABAC) recognizes the qualifying parties willing to associate with it as Accredited Training Provider(ATP), Accredited Corporate Partner(ACP), and Accredited Academic Institutes (AAI) respectively. The ATP, ACP, and AAI and its designated representatives must comply with the Terms and Conditions contained herein for the period the ATP, ACP, and AAI shall hold this designation.



IABAC Marks - the badges, logos, and other IABAC trademarked symbols provided to the ATP, ACP, and AAI for use in displaying their accredited status.

IABAC Marks Usage Policy - the terms and conditions to which the Member agrees to the usage and display of the IABAC Marks.

Member - any individual or entity that maintains a professional relationship with IABAC as an accredited entity or a certified party.



In the event of expiration or termination of the ACP, ATP, AAI accreditation, the designated parties must immediately abstain from the following:-

(1) Use of all IABAC Marks;

(2) Implying that the former ACP, ATP, or AAI has a relationship with IABAC, after the expiration of the accreditation. The ACP, ATP or AAI must know that any breach of, the usage restrictions will result in irreparable injury, that the remedies stated by law will be inadequate, and in addition to any other remedy IABAC has (including but not limited to those set out herein), It shall be entitled to the specific performance of the usage restrictions, as well as temporary and permanent injunctive relief (notwithstanding any limitations in law or equity, such as being required to post a bond).

An ACP, ATP, and AAI must present the Accreditation Badge and link to the ACP, ATP, or AAI's IABAC Accredited Profile on the ACP, ATP, or AAI's website and/or online professional networking profiles.

Course Offerings: For the term of the accreditation issued by IABAC, the ACP, ATP or AAI agrees to offer Data Science courses, consistent with the Application Information approved by IABAC and agrees to notify IABAC of any deviations to the programs offered, including content covered, Delivery Schema and/or methods within 30 days of any such changes.
