Infinity Labs R&D company overview (often simply called Infinity Labs) is an Israeli research and development and training company that helps people start careers in high-tech. Since 2014, it has run intensive, practical training programs in areas like software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data engineering. The company uses its own unique learning method called Infinity Labs R&D Mentored Social Learning (IMSL™), where participants learn by working on real projects with experienced mentors to simulate a real high-tech work environment. Over 2,500 graduates from Infinity Labs have gone on to jobs in more than 300 technology companies that typically require several years of experience, even though they join right after completing the program.

Hundreds of tech companies in Israel hire its graduates, many of whom have gone on to fill roles requiring 2–3 years of experience.
